General Information
- Please note that the found items published currently in this App are those found from the Men's, Junior's, Ladies' Locker, Fitness, and the Brydson areas only.
- Other found items sitting in the Backshop or any other areas within the Club are not included in this System or App.
Lost & Found Guidelines:
Reporting Lost Item/s:
- Lost items can be both reported verbally to an assigned staff or through the MGCC Lost & Found App (Report a Lost Item page).
- Specific item details and description should be provided as much as possible (eg., picture, kind, color, size, possible date and time lost, etc.).
- Please indicate how to be contacted should the lost item/s reported is found within the premises.
Publishing Lost or Found Item/s in the System/App:
- Every processed found item/s from the Men's Locker Room, Fitness, and the Brydson areas will be published in the system right away and is regularly updated.
- All available item description or details will be fully displayed in the app except for personal, extremely valuable, or confidential item/s..
Claiming Lost Item/s:
- Item/s can be claimed from an authorized Men's Locker Room staff and should be duly signed by the claimant for records purposes.
- For any item/s to be claimed or picked-up, you are encouraged to call first and provide the Item code number for prior verification and to prepare the item/s.
- Confirmation or any proof of ownership for valuable or confidential item/s may be required prior to their release.
- Claimed items may still be seen in the System/App for reference purposes only and will be duly marked as “Claimed”.
Important Information:
- Due to the limited space and storage areas, all found items will be stored for a maximum period of six months.
- Any unclaimed items will either be included to our Courtesy Items or donated to charitable organizations except for the extremely valuable or confidential items that will be held back for storage for a week then handed over to the Admin Dept..
- All members will receive an email notice before the end of every month for unclaimed item/s due for donation or disposal.
- Regular updates or important information will be provided/published in the system/app for the members' attention.
